Nice and cosy hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Close to everything in Szczyrk. parking. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the SPA zone, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. Very good breakfast. a great stay

This hotel is located perfectly near all the attractions. the rooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and a cozy lounge area. the breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. they have a CCTV monitored car park and a good SPA zone, including an outdoor jacuzzi.
The coffee could be improved a little.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms made for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi and SPA zone, were fantastic and I really enjoyed using them. Also, the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is located in a convenient area close to everything and has good parking available. The breakfast spread was also delicious and varied.
Don't have any issues at all. My stay here was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting this city.

The hotel's rooms are very spacious with comfy beds. Their excellent breakfast is a great start to your day. the hotel offers a tranquil environment perfect for relaxation.
The bed could have been bigger and more firm. We were also hoping for sheets and towels in the SPA zone, instead of using the ones from the room.

The breakfast was really good and we appreciated the nice lounge area. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel had a monitored car park which was a relief.
We found the rooms small and claustrophobic. the bed was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep in.
